This internship is designed for individuals seeking real recruitment exposure, not just a certificate.
Responsibilities
- Source candidates using job portals, LinkedIn, WhatsApp and Telegram groups, and referrals
- Identify suitable profiles aligned with client job descriptions
- Review resumes based on skills, experience, job-fit, and intent
- Conduct basic screening calls when required
- Prepare shortlists for client review
- Conduct Interview Round 1
- Schedule interviews between candidates and clients
- Manage candidate communication and follow-ups
- Maintain structured and accurate candidate data
- Understand client requirements thoroughly
- Follow Nerida’s internal shortlisting framework
- Share daily or weekly progress updates
