Key Responsibilities:

• Assist in end-to-end recruitment processes, including sourcing, screening, and coordinating interviews.
• Post job openings on various job portals and track applications.
• Conduct initial candidate screenings via calls or emails.
• Schedule and coordinate interviews between candidates and hiring managers.
• Maintain and update the applicant tracking system (ATS) with candidate information.
• Support employer branding initiatives and recruitment campaigns.
• Assist in onboarding new hires and ensuring a smooth hiring experience.

Required Qualifications & Skills:

• Currently pursuing or recently completed a degree in Human Resources, Business Administration, or a related field.
• Strong interest in recruitment, hiring, and talent management.
• Mandatory Skills:
  • Excellent communication and interpersonal skills
  • Proficiency in MS Office (Excel, Word, PowerPoint) and job portals (LinkedIn, Naukri, etc.)
  • Ability to multitask, stay organized, and work in a fast-paced environment
  • Strong analytical and problem-solving skills
