Role Overview

We are looking for Product Interns who are enthusiastic about product development, data-driven thinking, and solving real-world tech challenges in the sustainability domain. As an intern, you will work with the Product and Tech teams to support platform development, feature enhancements, and technical documentation for Attero’s digital solutions.

Key Responsibilities

• Collaborate with Product Managers and Developers to support product roadmap execution

• Assist in writing and reviewing product requirement documents (PRDs) and technical specs

• Conduct competitor and feature benchmarking to inform product enhancements

• Help in testing and validating product features across web and mobile platforms

• Collect and analyze data to provide insights on product usage and performance

• Document user flows, system processes, and feature guides for internal use

• Explore automation and tech integrations to improve internal product operations

• Stay up-to-date with the latest trends in tech products, tools, and UX best practices

Requirements

• Pursuing or recently completed B.Tech in Computer Science / IT or MCA

• Strong analytical skills and understanding of software development lifecycle

• Basic understanding of databases, APIs, and system architectures

• Familiarity with tools such as JIRA, Confluence, Figma, Postman is a plus

• Knowledge of programming languages like Python, Java, or JavaScript is desirable

• Good communication skills and ability to work collaboratively in cross-functional teams

• Curious mindset with a passion for sustainability-driven innovation
