Skill Development Stage (First 3 Months):

Interns will undergo structured training in HTML, CSS, JavaScript, React, Node.js, databases (SQL/NoSQL), and Git/GitHub, guided by experienced developers. This stage focuses on mastering the fundamentals of front-end and back-end development while gaining confidence through real-world practice, interactive sessions, and mentor support.

Project Implementation Stage (Next 3 Months):

Interns who successfully complete the training phase will move on to contribute to live full stack projects. Performance during this stage will determine eligibility for a stipend of up to ₹15,000, based on contributions and outcomes. Daily mentorship and performance feedback will continue to support intern growth and help transition into professional developer roles.

Responsibilities

• Build, test, and maintain scalable web applications (front-end and back-end).
• Collaborate with team members to design user-friendly, responsive interfaces.
• Work with APIs, databases, and server-side logic to deliver end-to-end solutions.
• Write clean, maintainable, and efficient code using modern frameworks and libraries.
• Participate in daily standups, sprint planning, and code reviews.
• Learn and implement the latest full stack tools, frameworks, and best practices.

Eligibility Criteria

• Pre-Final Year Graduates, Final Year Graduates, Recent Graduates, or Freshers enthusiastic about full stack development.
• Basic understanding of HTML, CSS, and JavaScript with eagerness to learn frameworks like React, Node.js, and databases.
• Willingness to adapt and grow in a fast-paced tech environment.
• Available for full-time commitment (Monday to Friday) over the 6-month internship.
