Job Description
At persist Ventures help us to shape the future of content discovery. We're building an intelligent recommendation engine that personalizes video feeds based on user behavior, context, and trends powered by machine learning and user analytics.
Responsibilities:
- Design and implement recommendation algorithms (collaborative filtering, content-based, hybrid)
- Analyze user behavior and interaction data to refine models
- Build scalable pipelines to serve personalized video feeds
- Continuously test, evaluate, and improve recommendation accuracy
Requirements:
- Strong programming skills in Python
- Familiarity with recommender systems, ranking models, and embeddings
- Experience with pandas, scikit-learn, PyTorch, or TensorFlow
- Understanding of user profiling, content tagging, and feedback loops
