We are hiring for Process Executive - Data Entry for Bangalore Location.

Job Description:

Location: Bangalore

Qualification: Any Graduate

Experience: 0- 1 year experience

Shift: Night Shift

Any degree/Equivalent 3 years education post +2

Proficient in working Excel and MS access

Excellent self-organization, Detailed oriented, Time management, good communication, learning ability and presentation skills

Good understanding of telecom domain knowledge would be an added advantage

Preferred Location – Bangalore

Description -

• Good at analysis, to be able to conclude after the detailed analysis
• Detect any missing revenue/ unwanted cost and fix them, ideally keen to identify any opportunities that will improve overall customers margin
• Detect any data integrity and provide resolution
• Determined to close any identified issues related to client/customer’s customer etc..
• Good at presentation,
• Produce reports for any assigned projects and clearly mention about the achievements/challenges and road blacks which will help the project manager to take the next action
• Good email etiquettes
• Data analysis using different tools and databases(MS access tables) and arrive at the solutions OR approach a team who can provide the solution
• Articulate any issues/queries to concerned team(account team/sourcing/carrier etc..) with clear requirement
• Rigorous follow up until the issue is closed or to follow proper escalation metrics for any long pending issues and to monitor until closure
