Role Overview – System Engineer / Specialist

Infosys is hiring across multiple fresher tracks. As a System Engineer, you will focus on application development, testing, and maintenance. Specialist Programmer roles involve high-level coding, full-stack development, and DevOps, while Digital Specialist Engineer roles focus on AI/ML, Cloud, and Data Science.

Key Responsibilities

• System Engineer (SE): Work on application development, testing, and maintenance for client projects.

• Digital Specialist Engineer (DSE): Work on AI/ML, Cloud, and Data Science projects.

• Continuous Learning: Complete Infosys training and certifications at the Mysuru campus.

Eligibility Criteria

• Educational Qualification: BE, B.Tech, ME, M.Tech, MCA, or MSc.
• Batch Year: 2024, 2025, and 2026 graduates.
• Academic Performance: Minimum 60% or 6.0 CGPA throughout Class 10th, 12th, and Graduation.
• Backlogs: No active backlogs at the time of the selection process.
• Technical Skills: Java, Python, C++, Data Structures & Algorithms, DBMS, and Operating Systems.

Selection Process

The Infosys System Engineer 2026 drive typically follows a structured selection process:

• Round 1 – Online Test: Aptitude, reasoning, and coding (DSA).
• Round 2 – Technical Interview: Programming, DBMS, OS, and project discussion.
• Round 3 – HR Interview: Communication, attitude, and cultural fit.
