Responsibilities

• Create scalable and automated solutions for problems.
• Write well-tested, auto-testable, auto-deployable code.
• Take the project ahead on the technical goals.
• Ensure effective translation of customer requirements, and business needs to technical solutions.
• Focus on Low Level design and development of problem statements and ensure good quality in your solutions

Required Skills

• ReactJS is core to our user experience and such experience is highly desired.
• Experience with programming languages like Python, Java, NodeJS is highly desired.
• Experience with SQL/No-SQL databases.
• Comfortable at core with JavaScript fundamentals.
• Knowledge on UI state management libraries like Redux.
• Experience with modern CSS frameworks and pre-processors like SCSS, Styled Components etc.
• Able to utilise APIs from industry leading offerings in collaboration, payments, talent sourcing and vetting, AI, among others.
• Interest or some experience in green field areas like prompt engineering and application of generative AI technologies like ChatGPT.
• Agility and transparency matter a lot to achieving success. High ethical standards and seriousness in getting the job done.
