About the Project:
We are building an internal tool for a recruitment consultancy. The tool automates the process of hiring - all without manual intervention.
What You'll Build (Deliverables):
- A n8n integration
- Structured JSON output
- A feedback loop workflow where HR feedback re-triggers Gemini to produce a refined shortlist
- A simple front-end
- Basic documentation of all workflows for handover
Who Should Apply:
Final year BCA/B.Tech/BBA-IT students or recent graduates who have hands-on experience with automation tools and AI APIs. This is a build-first, learn-on-the-job role — you'll be given full context, tool access, and daily guidance by the founder.
