Job Description

We are looking for an enthusiastic and target-driven Tele-sales Executive to join our team. You will be responsible for contacting potential and existing customers, promoting our diverse range of services, and closing sales over the phone. An ideal candidate is a persuasive communicator who can handle rejections professionally and consistently meet sales quotas.

Responsibilities of the Candidate:

  • Lead Generation & Conversion: Make outbound calls to prospects to generate interest and convert leads into revenue-paying customers.
  • Product Promotion: Clearly explain company products/services using defined scripts while tailoring the pitch to meet specific customer needs.
  • Relationship Management: Build and maintain strong rapport with existing clients to encourage repeat business and cross-selling.
  • Target Achievement: Consistently meet or exceed daily, weekly, and monthly call volume and sales targets.
  • Data Accuracy: Maintain meticulous records of all calls, customer feedback, and follow-up activities in the CRM database.
  • Conflict Resolution: Professionally handle customer queries, objections, and grievances to preserve the company's reputation.

Required Skills & Qualifications:

  • Education: High school diploma or equivalent (Bachelor's degree in Marketing or Business preferred).
  • Experience: 0–2 years of experience in tele-calling, sales, or customer service (freshers with a positive attitude are often welcome).
  • Communication: Excellent verbal and written communication skills.
  • Technical: Proficiency in Microsoft Office (Excel/Word), Google Sheets and familiarity with CRM software.
  • Soft Skills: High level of persistence, resilience, and the ability to work under pressure in a target-driven environment. providing exceptional support and strategic guidance.
