Responsibilities of the Candidate:

• End-to-end development of our mobile application using Flutter.
• Architect and implement robust, scalable, and maintainable code for both iOS and Android platforms.
• Collaborate closely with product and design teams to translate user needs and wireframes into high-quality features.
• Establish and maintain best practices for code quality, testing, and deployment.
• Identify and address performance bottlenecks and bugs to ensure a smooth user experience.
• Contribute to technical decision-making and strategic planning for the engineering team.
• Mentor and guide future engineering hires as the team grows.
• Stay abreast of the latest trends and advancements in Flutter and mobile development.
• Drive innovation by exploring new technologies and approaches to enhance our product.
• Ensure the technical feasibility of UI/UX designs.

Requirements:

• This role is ideal for experienced engineers with a proven track record in mobile development.
• Candidates should possess a strong understanding of software engineering principles and a passion for building high-quality applications.
• A Bachelor's degree in Computer Science, Engineering, or a related field is preferred, but equivalent practical experience will be strongly considered.

Skills and Qualifications:
