Job Description
Responsibilities of the Candidate:
- Handle SEBI registration, renewals & inspections
- Coordinate with Compliance Officer, Auditors & Legal Advisors
- Review research/advisory content before publication
- Oversee grievance redressal & investor communication
- Maintain proper records, disclosures & audit trails
Requirements:
- Research Analyst: NISM-Series-XV
- Investment Adviser: NISM-Series-X-A & X-B
- Relevant experience in: SEBI RA / IA firm
- Stock market advisory / research operations
- Compliance & regulatory processes
- Strong understanding of: Risk profiling
- Suitability framework
- Client onboarding norms
