About the role

We are looking for a highly motivated Associate Software Engineer – Intern to join our engineering team. This role is ideal for fresh graduates or candidates with up to 1 year of experience who are eager to learn, build real-world software, and grow their careers in Python backend development or React.js frontend development. You will work closely with senior engineers and gain hands-on experience building scalable and user-friendly applications.

What you'll be doing

• Assist in designing, developing, testing, and maintaining software applications using Python or React.js.
• Write clean, maintainable, and well-documented code under the guidance of senior engineers.
• Collaborate with cross-functional teams including product, design, and QA.
• Participate in code reviews and learn best engineering practices.
• Debug and troubleshoot issues in development and test environments.
• Contribute to improving application performance, reliability, and usability.
• Actively learn new technologies, tools, and frameworks used by the team.

About you

• 0–1 years of experience (internship, academic projects, or personal projects count).
• Basic understanding of Python or JavaScript fundamentals.
• Familiarity with at least one framework:
• • Python: Django / Flask / FastAPI (basic knowledge)
  • Frontend: React.js (components, props, state basics)
• Understanding of basic data structures and algorithms.
• Basic knowledge of HTML, CSS, and REST APIs.
• Willingness to learn, take feedback, and work in a fast-paced environment.
• Good communication and problem-solving skills.
• Academic or personal projects using Python or React.js.
• Familiarity with Git/GitHub version control.
• Exposure to databases (MySQL, PostgreSQL, MongoDB).
• Basic understanding of Agile or Scrum methodologies.
• Interest in full-stack development.
