At Advisor360°, we’re re-architecting wealth management around intelligent software. Our AI teammates don’t live in labs—they live in production, automating real advisor workflows from meeting prep to document parsing to CRM insights.

We’re looking for a strong software engineer who can design and deliver scalable systems that use AI as a capability, not a crutch. This isn’t about building models—it’s about building great software that uses models.

Here’s What You’ll Do:  

• Build and maintain services and APIs that power AI-driven workflows across our platform.
• Work closely with our AI and data teams to integrate LLMs, embeddings, and event-driven pipelines into real features.
• Develop SDKs, agents, and orchestration tools that enable reuse and reliability of AI components.
• Improve system observability, tracing, and resilience across AI-enabled and non-AI services.
• Contribute to technical design, peer reviews, and architectural decisions across the AI initiative. 

What You Bring to the Table:  

• Deep fluency in one or more core languages (C#, Python, etc).
• Solid foundation in distributed systems, APIs, and asynchronous processing.
• Experience with message queues, caching, and data pipelines.
• Comfort working with LLM APIs, embeddings, or vector search (OpenAI, Azure AI, Pinecone, etc.).
• Pragmatism—know when to use AI, when to use code, and when to simplify.
• Familiarity with CI/CD, GitHub Actions, containerized builds, and cloud deployment (Azure preferred).

Bonus Points

• Full Stack experience (React, Angular, or similar).
• Experience building internal SDKs, developer tools, or workflow orchestration systems.
• Familiarity with LangGraph, Semantic Kernel, or similar frameworks.
• Understanding of data privacy and compliance in financial systems.
