Job Description
Key Responsibilities:
- Lead the end-to-end recruitment process — sourcing, screening, interviewing, and onboarding candidates.
- Manage hiring for multiple roles including interns, educators, and business development profiles.
- Develop and execute innovative hiring strategies to attract top talent.
- Maintain candidate databases and track recruitment metrics.
- Conduct HR orientation, coordinate with department heads, and ensure smooth onboarding.
- Build and maintain positive relationships with team members and management.
Requirements:
- Minimum 6 months – 1 year of experience in the EdTech sector (mandatory).
- Proven experience in recruitment/hiring as a key focus area.
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
- Ability to work independently and handle multiple hiring requirements simultaneously.
- Strong organizational and time management skills.
