Job Description:

What You’ll Be Doing 

• Perform basic job role functions with close supervision.
• Assist experienced employees by performing entry-level tasks.
• Communicate in a professional manner using verbal and written communications.
• Perform basic problem-solving functions.
• Monitor and report on assigned business area measurements as applicable.
• Work in real time corporate environment and adapt the transition from college to corporate world.

What We Are Looking For

• 2025 Pass out , Fresh Graduates with 60 % Aggregate.

• Technical Apprentice: MCA/MSc IT/BE/B. Tech (IT, CS ,Electronics related streams only)

(You may also refer students who are awaiting their final semester results, provided they have no backlogs, and ensure they have their provisional degree certificate at the time of joining.)

• Apprentice Program for 1 year (Extendable subjected to program norms & conditions / Converted as Employee subject to performance & availability of roles)
• Excellent written and verbal English communication skills.
• Express ideas with clarity since role require regular exchange of communication.
• Demonstrate Logical and analytical thinking skills.
• Skill in prioritizing work and multi-tasking
• Committed and willingness to learn, contribute and grow.
• Process oriented and a good team player
• Good to have Knowledge on MS Office : Basic Excel & PPT is an addon advantage.
• Programming knowledge like, PL/SQL, SQL etc. (For Technical Apprentice only)
• Programming knowledge like, C,C++,Python and A Basic understanding of micro controllers or microprocessors/Power electronics/ FPGA. Thorough understanding of Lab equipment like DSO and Multimeters (For Electronic Engineering Apprentice Only )
