Roles

• Assist in end-to-end recruitment — sourcing, screening, and coordinating interviews.
• Help design and implement employee engagement programs and internal events.
• Support HR team in maintaining HR records, attendance, and performance data.
• Participate in new hire onboarding and induction activities.
• Assist in drafting HR policies, reports, and documentation.
• Conduct basic research on HR trends, tools, and best practices.
• Communicate with candidates, employees, and team leads effectively.

Requirements

• Students or recent graduates in Human Resources, Psychology, Business Administration, or related fields.
• Strong interpersonal, communication, and organizational skills.
• Basic understanding of HR processes and office tools (Excel, Google Workspace, etc.).
• Creative thinker with a people-first mindset.
• Eager to learn, proactive, and comfortable working in a team-driven environment.
