About The Role :-

The IFS Team plays a crucial role in ensuring a seamless and comfortable travel experience for our passengers. As an IFS Team Member, you will be responsible for providing exceptional customer service, maintaining a clean and safe cabin environment and ensuring the smooth operation of all in-flight services.

Designation :- Cabin Attendant Grade Trainee (for candidates with no flying experience)

Fleet Type :- Airbus / ATR 

Eligibility Criteria :-

• Female Indian nationals, with an Indian passport, between 18 to 27 years of age.
• Educational Qualification :- Passed 10+2 examination from a recognized board or university.
• Communication :- Fluency and clarity of speech in both English and Hindi.
• Height & Weight :- Minimum of 155 cm and weight proportionate to BMI.
• Appearance :- Positive body language and well-groomed. No tattoos should be visible while in uniform.

• Job Knowledge And Skills (if has prior flying /aviation/other experience)
• Personality/Poise/Etiquette/Maintaining Composure

Communication Assessment

Shortlisted candidates from the screening round will be answering 5 questions : 4 in English language and 1 in Hindi language. Please submit videos that are 1 minute in length.

Note :- Please ensure that you attempt all 5 questions
