Job Description
As a Real Estate Sales Intern, you will support the sales and marketing teams in various operations—such as client engagement, research, and property marketing—while gaining hands-on exposure to the sales process within the real estate industry. Many roles offer the potential for a full-time transition depending on performance.
Key Responsibilities
- Market Research & Analysis: Conduct comparative market research; track pricing trends, neighborhood insights, and nearby property activity.
- Lead Generation & CRM Support: Assist in generating leads, update and maintain CRM data, manage follow-ups and client databases.
- Client Interaction: Support agents during property showings, open houses, and client meetings; assist in site visits.
- Marketing & Promotion: Aid in social media posts, email outreach, campaign reporting, and promotional content development.
