What are we looking for in a potential candidate?

Extremely flexible candidates passionate about working on SaaS platforms including Contact Centers, CRM, and AI.Having an attitude of openness, eagerness, and endless possibilities. Somebody who starts with great doubt and great faith, having this mindset is the highest rating for attitude in our performance pyramid. Very good speaking and written skills in English. A person who treats everybody equally asks questions when not sure of whoever might be on the other side. Having Good business Accumen. Technical knowledge with an intent to problem solving would be preferred. Hands-on experience with at least any one programming language: Java, Python, Node.js etc. Having individual project is a plus.
