About The Role

We are excited to offer a 6 months Internship program for the students from Tier-I /Best NIRF ranking colleges. As part of the Highspot team, you’ll have the opportunity to work on real-world projects, develop key industry skills, and collaborate with experienced professionals. Successful Interns may also qualify for full-time positions upon program completion.

Responsibilities

• • Contribute to developing and maintaining Highspot’s scalable SaaS platform with a focus on performance and user experience.
  • Work on key features such as content recommendations, predictive analytics, and AI- powered search that help sales teams make data-driven decisions. 
  • Collaborate with engineers to integrate Highspot's platform with Salesforce and other third-party applications.
  • Build robust software systems with modern programming languages and frameworks like Ruby, Node.js, and React.
  • Contribute to optimizing our cloud infrastructure(AWS) for high availability, scalability, and security.
  • Participate in code reviews, testing, and deployment processes with in our CI/CD pipeline.

Required Qualifications

• • Proficiency in programming languages like Python, TypeScript, or Ruby.
  • Familiarity with cloud services like AWS and knowledge of DevOps practices.
  • Understanding of AI and machine learning, particularly for data analysis and recommendations.
  • Exposure to building apps using LLMs and agentic frameworks will be an advantage.
  • Strong problem-solving skills and a desire to work on large-scale, high-impact systems.
