We’re looking for a high-agency, detail-obsessed HR Generalist Intern who wants to work at the heart of a fast-growing AI company. This isn’t a paperwork role — you’ll actively shape how we recruit, onboard, engage, and retain top-tier tech talent.

You’ll work directly with the founding team to build systems that scale people operations — from hiring pipelines and performance feedback to team rituals and culture-building. If you’re someone who thrives in a fast-moving environment and cares about people, process, and precision — we want you.

Responsibilities:

• Support end-to-end recruitment ops: sourcing, screening, scheduling, coordination, and follow-ups.
• Assist in building and optimizing hiring pipelines for tech, product, and design roles.
• Coordinate onboarding and documentation for new hires and interns.
• Help design and implement performance tracking, feedback cycles, and engagement surveys.
• Maintain and update HR records, compliance checklists, and policy documents.
• Drive internal communication cadences (weekly updates, team shoutouts, celebrations, etc.).
• Support employee experience initiatives — events, recognitions, pulse checks.

Requirements:

• Strong written and verbal communication skills
• Excellent organizational and coordination ability
• Comfortable with Google Sheets, Notion, and async tools like Slack
• A bias for action — you get things done without waiting for perfect instructions
• Interest in startups, people ops, and building HR systems from scratch
• Prior internship experience in HR or operations is a plus (but not mandatory)
