About the Role:

As a JavaScript Development Intern at CultureMonkey, you’ll work alongside a passionate team of developers and directly support the creation of innovative solutions for customers around the world. You’ll get hands-on experience solving business problems in areas like Data, ITSM, CRM, HRTech, and Productivity & Collaboration. You’ll be mentored by experienced engineers and have the opportunity to contribute meaningfully to our projects while building your skills in a real-world environment. What you’ll get to do:

• Collaborate with cross-functional teams to understand project goals and requirements.
• Assist in writing clean and reliable code with guidance from senior developers.
• Learn and work with JavaScript and the MERN stack (MongoDB, Express, React, Node.js).
• Help design and develop RESTful APIs for frontend integration.
• Participate in debugging, testing, and improving existing code.
• Communicate effectively with the team to share progress and insights.

What we’re looking for:

• Students or recent graduates in Computer Science, Engineering, or related fields.
• Basic knowledge of HTML5, CSS3 & Bootstrap.
• Familiarity with JavaScript and eagerness to learn the MERN stack.
• Strong problem-solving mindset and attention to detail.
• Willingness to collaborate and learn in a fast-paced team environment.
• Passion for building tech that creates real impact.
