We are seeking an experienced Web Scraper with a background in healthcare revenue cycle management (RCM) billing. The ideal candidate will have a deep understanding of healthcare billing processes and possess basic web scraping capabilities to extract relevant data from various online sources.

Responsibilities:

• Develop and maintain web scraping scripts and tools to extract data from multiple online sources relevant to healthcare revenue cycle management (RCM) and billing.
• Collaborate with cross-functional teams, including software engineers, data analysts, and product managers, to identify data requirements and prioritize web scraping initiatives.
• Monitor data quality and integrity, and implement processes to validate and clean scraped data as needed.
• Stay abreast of industry trends and best practices in web scraping techniques, data extraction methodologies, and healthcare billing regulations.
• Optimize scraping algorithms for efficiency and scalability, ensuring timely and accurate data retrieval.
• Conduct thorough data analysis to identify patterns, trends, and insights that can inform decision-making and drive process improvements.
• Develop reports and dashboards to visualize scraped data and communicate key findings to internal stakeholders.
• Provide technical expertise and guidance to junior team members, and actively contribute to knowledge sharing and skills development within the team.
• Stay current on emerging technologies and tools in web scraping and data analytics, and proactively identify opportunities to enhance our capabilities and offerings.

Qualifications:

• Bachelor's degree in Computer Science, Data Science, Information Technology, or a related field. Master's degree preferred.
• Minimum of 1-2 years of experience in web scraping, data extraction, and data analysis, with a focus on healthcare or healthcare billing domains.
• Proficiency in programming languages commonly used for web scraping, such as C# and basic knowledge of SQL.
• Strong understanding of healthcare revenue cycle management (RCM) processes, including medical coding, billing, claims processing, and reimbursement.
• Experience working with healthcare-related data sources, such as electronic health records (EHR), medical billing systems, and insurance databases.
• Familiarity with web scraping frameworks and libraries, such as BeautifulSoup, Scrapy, or Selenium.
• Solid understanding of data management principles, including data normalization, cleansing, and transformation.
• Excellent analytical and problem-solving skills, with the ability to translate business requirements into technical solutions.
• Strong communication skills, with the ability to effectively collaborate with cross-functional teams and communicate complex technical concepts to non-technical stakeholders.
