About the Team  
We are the digibanks’ engineering team, and our mission is straightforward: leverage secure systems to build and operate them at production scale securely. Our engineering teams move quickly and are constantly innovating. Our engineers ensure they provide the right tools and processes to maintain high velocity.
As a builder function, we create tools and processes that reflect the bank's highest standards and policies.

Our engineering team takes ownership of multiple domains, including backend (GoLang), frontend (Mobile - Android and iOS), Cloud, Security/DevSecOps, SRE, privileged access management, runtime, containers, Kubernetes, cryptography, SaaS, and automated response.

Qualifications:
We are looking for enthusiastic, capable, and motivated Computer Science and/or Engineering majors who are eager to make an immediate impact on our business. The ideal candidates will have a strong interest in financial and banking services, along with exceptional coding skills. Our teams thrive on collaboration, so we seek individuals with excellent teamwork and proven leadership abilities.

Responsibilities:
Your responsibilities will vary and will be based on the team assigned. Based in our Bangalore office, you'll build innovative solutions that make a difference for our digibank in different parts of the region (e.g. Singapore, Malaysia and Indonesia). You’ll create and improve the design, analytics, coding and testing for high-quality software and new products. You’ll own projects end-to-end, keeping teams and stakeholders up to speed on the progress of what’s being developed.
