We are seeking a passionate and meticulous Software Engineer to join our innovative team working on cutting-edge Generative AI projects. The ideal candidate will combine technical expertise with a keen eye for detail and an enthusiasm for pushing the boundaries of AI technology.
In this role, you will work closely with engineering, R&D, product, and growth teams to understand how AI Builders are using our tools and make recommendations for improving their capabilities (and execute them). By joining ClearML, you will have the chance to be a part of a dynamic team that is dedicated to advancing the field of machine learning and helping AI/ML engineers train high-performing, fair, and reproducible machine learning models and LLMs.
Key Responsibilities:
- Design, develop, and implement advanced features to improve the Generative AI capabilities of the ClearML AI Platform
- Collaborate with cross-functional teams to understand market requirements and customer feedback to understand user experience and inform GenAI product roadmap
- Optimize existing machine learning infrastructure for improved scalability and efficiency
- Stay current with the latest advancements in Generative AI and apply new techniques to ongoing projects
- Write clean, efficient, and well-documented code
- Participate in code reviews and contribute to best practices
Required Qualifications:
- Bachelor's or Master's degree in Computer Science, AI, or a related field
- Strong programming skills in Python, with experience in AI/ML frameworks including PyTorch or Tensorflow; C++ knowledge preferred
- Solid understanding of ML frameworks and deep learning techniques, particularly in generative models (e.g., GANs, VAEs, Transformers)
- Experience with large-scale data processing and analysis
- Familiarity with cloud computing platforms (AWS, Google Cloud, or Azure)
- Familiarity with containers (Kubernetes, Docker)
- Excellent problem-solving and analytical skills with strong attention to detail
- Strong communication skills and ability to work in a collaborative environment
Preferred Qualifications:
- Previous experience with ClearML and other open source AI/ML tools
- Contributor to open-source AI projects or research publications
