What this job involves: 

Responsible for the Global Real Estate functions tool reporting and analytics which are primarily in Smartsheets.  The role will be responsible for capturing and validating cost by location including the documentation for all site services.  Additionally the role will be providing reporting and analytics to the Regional Account Manager,

Refinement of existing site cost tracking and development of new reports and dashboards (Smartsheets)

• Business Case support for site changes (sublets, dispositions, capital projects, acquisition of new sites)
• Monthly and Quarterly reports on site performance (cost, utilization)
• P.O. tracking / reporting reconciled to vendor contracts
• Preventative Maintenance tracking of critical systems (spend vs contract, schedule

Describe the qualifications the staff must have in terms of skills and capabilities

• MS Office applications expertise required (WORD, PPTX, EXCEL)
• The ability to bring disparate datapoints into a cohesive depiction of current state activity and forward looking opportunities. 
• Strong organizational skills.
• Will be responsible for building smartsheets, reports, dashboards in smartsheets
• Ideally experience with Smartsheets as this is the tool we use for all global real estate cost tracking and analysis
• Educational background if flexible

Business Data Analyst will be responsible for identifying, assembling, and maintaining required datasets to create daily, weekly, monthly, and quarterly reports containing visualizations based on transformed datasets.  Manages datasets created from the data retrieved from targeted sources and defines relationships between the datasets. .
