What You'll Own

Prompt Development & Optimization

Own the creation of sophisticated prompts for specific AI applications

Independently design, implement, and refine prompts based on business requirements

Take full responsibility for prompt performance and iteration based on feedback

Build and maintain documentation for your prompting strategies

Stay current with advancements in prompt engineering and implement new techniques

Voice & Chat Agent Configuration

Fully own the configuration of voice and chat agents for assigned projects

Design complete conversation flows from initial greeting to resolution

Create distinctive AI personalities that align with client brands and objectives

Implement guardrails and fallback mechanisms in your prompts

Collaborate directly with development teams to deploy your prompts

Quality Assurance Leadership

Own the entire QA process for your assigned AI agents

Design comprehensive test scenarios that cover all potential interaction paths

Take responsibility for identifying and addressing edge cases

Maintain detailed documentation of testing processes and results

Implement systematic approaches to ensure AI reliability and safety

What We're Looking For

Current undergraduate student in Computer Science, Linguistics, Psychology, English, Communications, or related field

Strong writing skills with exceptional attention to detail and nuance

Demonstrated interest in AI and language technologies

Creative thinking combined with logical problem-solving abilities

Experience using AI tools like ChatGPT, Claude, or similar platforms (personal use is fine)

Meticulous approach to quality assurance and testing

Ability to own projects and take accountability for outcomes

Self-motivated with excellent time management skills
