We are seeking a results-driven and analytical MBA Intern to join our IT Operations team with a focus on proactive operations management and service excellence. The ideal candidate will support initiatives aimed at reducing operational costs, enhancing end-user experience, and driving the organization closer to a Zero Incident / Zero Request (ZI/ZR) model. This internship offers a unique opportunity to contribute meaningfully to strategic IT service management initiatives, combining process analysis, data insights, and knowledge management improvements
