Job Title: Data Analytics Intern

Location: Bengaluru, Karnataka, Hybrid

Overview:

The CX team at Angel One is driving customer service enhancements with a digital-first approach. We are scaling IVR, Chat assistant and a few other avenues to provide a seamless support experience to our users.

What you will do:

• Understand the entire customer support and communications landscape at Angel One. It includes multiple channels such as push notifications, toll-free calling, email support, chatbot, etc.
• Build a coherent and integrated view of customer support and communication interactions across channels.
• Work closely with the product managers to measure and track the key performance metrics that are tracked as well as dashboarded.
• Work with the tech team to create and manage data pipelines for multiple features and journeys.
• Manage raw data from different sources such as Salesforce, Ozonetel & other internal tech systems.
• Build dashboards for various metrics and actively bring out the key insights.
• Should be based in Bangalore and work from the office for at least two days in a week.

Who you are: 

• Highly proficient in SQL and who can handles large data sets/tables in AWS Redshift, Databricks, Python, etc.
• Experience in data visualizations in tools like Tableau.
• Ability to relate the user journey/behavior with data from across different sources.
• Ability to make sense out of data and trends – should be able to validate the data independently to differentiate between real changes in trends and data accuracy/pipeline issues.
• Broad mindset towards data – give a very high emphasis to well contextualized data.
