As a Technical Solution Consultant, you will work cross-functionally within Google partnering closely with PSA, RSO, Sales and Engineering teams to deliver complex technical services, solutions, and improve our products based on the evolving needs of users at a global manner.

Minimum qualifications:

• Bachelor’s degree or equivalent practical experience.
• Experience in either system design or in one programming language (Java, C++, Python, etc.).
• Experience in technical troubleshooting, and managing internal/external partners or customers.

Preferred qualifications:

• Experience in an online advertising role, and familiarity with the advertisement serving industry and internet technologies.
• Ability to work separately and manage multiple projects simultaneously.
• Ability to create a high level architecture to solve a business problem, with significant expertise in how APIs are used, how data is interchanged, and how the overall design fits into business solutions.
• Ability to document first-tier troubleshooting, point out specific product bugs, and significant expertise in troubleshooting.
• Excellent problem-solving, analytical, management and communication skills, with the ability to absorb technical concepts and effectively communicate them to non-technical stakeholders.
   

  Responsibilities

• Understand requirements, and provide technical information and solutions around applying ad products and technologies, with specific focus on Google’s App advertising/analytics solutions.
• Ensure high product adoption and usage, providing prompt, professional consultative support and service to ensure a high level of customer satisfaction on Google Ads App Products.
• Contribute to product development by identifying gaps in current product offerings to drive both operational efficiencies and business growth.
• Collaborate with internal and external technical teams to drive communication, prioritization, implementation, analysis, and resolution of customer challenges and issues.
• Drive the technical aspects of advertiser and publisher integrations by providing necessary documentation and guidance.
