We're seeking a driven Product Management Intern to join our growing team and gain hands-on experience in product development, customer success, and operations. This role offers a unique opportunity to understand product management from the ground up while making a meaningful impact on our product and customers.

Duration: 6 months

As a Product Management Intern, you'll work closely with our product and customer success teams to develop a deep understanding of our users while supporting key product operations. You'll play a crucial role in identifying and productizing manual processes to improve scalability and user experience. Your role will evolve throughout the internship, starting with direct customer interaction and growing into broader product management responsibilities:

Customer Understanding:
- Serve as the primary point of contact for a dedicated cohort of users, handling their questions, feedback, and feature requests
- Document and analyze user feedback to identify patterns and opportunities for product improvements
- Create detailed user personas based on direct interactions and data Ongoing Product Operations:
- Perform hands-on customer service to deeply understand user needs and pain points
- Document and analyze manual workflows to identify opportunities for automation and productization
- Create detailed process maps and requirements for converting manual operations into scalable product features
- Track and measure the impact of process improvements and automated solutions

Qualifications:
- Currently pursuing or recently completed a Bachelor's degree in Computer Science, or related field
- Strong analytical skills and attention to detail
- Excellent written and verbal communication abilities
- Basic understanding of software development processes
- Ability to manage multiple priorities and deadlines effectively
- Strong problem-solving skills with a focus on process improvement

Desired Skills:
- Experience with process mapping and documentation
- Basic understanding of AI and automation concepts
- Experience with data analysis tools
- Previous customer-facing experience is a plus
