As a member of our Recruitment team, you're going to have a wide-ranging group of responsibilities and goals. On a day-to-day basis, this means:

• Review applications and identify best talents as per requirements
• Coordinate various rounds of assessments & interviews
• Sourcing from different channels and screening resumes and applications
• Communicating with management and other team members to ensure status updates
• Any other responsibilities delegated

Experience: 

• At least 6 months of experience in Talent Acquisition
• Analytical and process-oriented mindset 
• Attention to detail and relentless follow-up 
• Ability to prioritize work 
• Excellent written and verbal English

Key Attributes:

• Experience in a Start-up environment is a huge plus
• Experience with in-house recruitment is preferred
