Job Description: Fullstack Development Intern (MERN Stack)

Location: Gurgaon, India (Work from Office, 5 days a week)

Duration: 6 months

Experience: Prior project experience or internships in MERN stack

About the Role

We are seeking a motivated and enthusiastic Fullstack Development Intern with knowledge of the MERN stack, especially Next.js and Node.js, to join our team in Gurgaon. This internship will offer you hands-on experience in developing scalable web applications while working on real-world projects that focus on search traffic growth, conversion optimization, and performance enhancement.

Key Responsibilities

• Feature Development for Organic Traffic
• Assist in building and deploying SEO-friendly features using Next.js.
• Contribute to implementing structured data, meta tags, and other search optimization techniques.
• Conversion Rate Optimization (CRO)
• Support the team in analyzing user behavior and identifying improvements in the user journey.
• Implement and test changes to improve conversion rates in collaboration with designers and product managers.
• Performance Optimization
• Optimize server-side rendering and client-side performance in web applications.
• Help debug and resolve performance bottlenecks in the frontend and backend.

• Skills & Qualifications

   

  Must-Have
  • Basic understanding of the MERN stack (MongoDB, Express.js, React.js, Node.js).
  • Hands-on experience or coursework in Next.js and Node.js.
  • Familiarity with RESTful APIs and basic database operations.
  • Knowledge of web development best practices, including SEO and performance optimization.
  • Good problem-solving and debugging skills.

  • Experience with Git and version control systems.
  • Exposure to A/B testing tools or analytics platforms.
  • Basic understanding of Agile workflows.
