Responsibilities

  • Develop a comprehensive understanding of Kenko's features, functionality, and capabilities to deliver high-quality website solutions.
  • Collaborate with clients to understand their specific website requirements and ensure timely development and deployment that aligns with their expectations.
  • Take ownership of assigned projects, adhering to timelines and delivering exceptional results for clients.
  • Create and maintain clear and concise documentation, including user manuals, FAQs, and knowledge base articles, to support both customers and internal teams.
  • Proactively identify opportunities to enhance workflows and processes based on customer feedback, industry trends, and product updates, ensuring a seamless and industry-leading customer experience.
  • Continuously stay updated on the latest website development best practices, tools, and technologies to identify opportunities for process automation and optimisation.

Requirements:

• • 0–6 months of internship experience in website design or development.
  • Familiarity with website development platforms (experience with Duda is a strong plus).
  • Technically adept with the ability to quickly learn and utilize new tools, products, and technologies.
  • Basic understanding of SEO principles and responsive design practices.
  • Ability to manage multiple projects efficiently and meet tight deadlines.
  • Strong attention to detail and ability to follow structured processes.
  • Creative problem-solving abilities to adapt and enhance processes as needed.
  • Effective communication skills for understanding client requirements and providing regular updates.
  • Strong interpersonal skills and a collaborative mindset for working across cross-functional teams.
  • Willingness and availability to work in the US time zone.
