Key Responsibilities:

• Assist in the design, development, and execution of automated test scripts for web and mobile applications.

• Contribute to creating and maintaining test plans, test cases, and test data for new and existing software applications.

• Collaborate with development teams to understand software requirements and design efficient testing strategies.

• Perform manual testing for scenarios that cannot be automated and report bugs and defects.

• Help in the identification and troubleshooting of performance issues in applications.

• Participate in code reviews to ensure testability and quality standards are met.

• Contribute to the development of testing frameworks and tools for automating repetitive tasks.

• Work closely with QA Engineers and developers to ensure comprehensive test coverage.

• Engage in learning sessions to further enhance your technical and testing skills.

• Provide regular updates to team leads and stakeholders about the status of testing efforts.

Qualifications:

• Bachelor’s degree in Engineering or Computer Science (2024 pass-out only).

• Strong analytical, troubleshooting, and problem-solving skills.

• Knowledge of programming languages such as Java, Python, or JavaScript.

• Basic understanding of test automation tools (e.g., Selenium, TestNG, JUnit) is a plus.

• Familiarity with CI/CD processes and tools (e.g., Jenkins, Git) is an advantage.

• Solid understanding of software development life cycle (SDLC) and testing methodologies.

• Excellent written and verbal communication skills.

• Ability to work in a team environment and demonstrate a proactive approach to learning.
