Software Engineer

Data Scientist

We are looking for passionate and talented graduates from Tier-1 colleges in Bangalore with a strong foundation in Computer Science and a CGPA of 9.00 or above to join our rapidly growing team.

Eligibility Criteria:

Educational Qualification: B.Tech or M.Tech in Computer Science or a related field.

CGPA Requirement: Minimum 9.00 CGPA (or equivalent) from a Tier-1 college in Bangalore.

Location: Candidates must be based in Bangalore for in-person interviews and office-based work.

Role Type:Full-time, on-site positions.

Available Roles:

1. Software Engineer

Key Responsibilities:

Design, develop, and maintain scalable, high-performance software solutions.

Collaborate with cross-functional teams to integrate new features and improve existing applications.

Troubleshoot, debug, and resolve complex issues in production environments.

Contribute to the design and architecture of applications, ensuring scalability and reliability.

Stay updated with emerging technologies and incorporate them into development practices.

Required Skills:

Proficiency in Python, Java, C++, or other programming languages.

Strong understanding of data structures, algorithms, and system design.

Familiarity with version control tools (e.g., Git) and development best practices.

Experience with unit testing and debugging.

2. Data Scientist

Key Responsibilities:

Develop and implement advanced data models and algorithms to derive meaningful insights from large datasets.

Work closely with business teams to define data-driven strategies and solutions.

Analyze both structured and unstructured data to optimize product/service performance.

Create insightful dashboards, reports, and visualizations to communicate data-driven insights to stakeholders.

Experiment with machine learning models and assess their performance for predictive analytics.

Required Skills:

Strong proficiency in Python, R, or other data analysis languages.

Experience with machine learning frameworks like TensorFlow, PyTorch, and Scikit-learn.

Solid understanding of SQL, data manipulation, and data visualization tools (e.g., Matplotlib, Seaborn).

Strong grasp of statistical analysis and data modeling techniques.

Interview Process:

Application Review: Applications will be reviewed based on academic credentials, technical skills, and relevant experience.

HackerRank Test: Shortlisted candidates will undergo a HackerRank assessment to evaluate problem-solving and technical skills.

In-person Interview:

All final-round interviews will be held face-to-face at our Neuron7.ai office in Bengaluru.

The interview process will include technical rounds focused on coding, problem-solving, and system design (for Software Engineers) or data analysis and machine learning (for Data Scientists).

Candidates may also be asked to solve real-world business challenges relevant to our AI-driven platform.
