Progan5tech is seeking a highly organized and detail-oriented Back Office Executive to join our growing team.!

Responsibilities of the Candidate:

• Process and manage a high volume of invoices, purchase orders, and other financial documents.
• Maintain accurate and up-to-date records in our accounting system.
• Reconcile bank statements and identify any discrepancies.
• Prepare and submit reports to management on a regular basis.
• Assist with other administrative tasks as needed.

Requirements:

• High school diploma or equivalent.
• Minimum of 1 year of experience in a back office or administrative role.
• Strong computer skills, including proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite.
• Excellent attention to detail and accuracy.
• Ability to work independently and as part of a team.
• Strong organizational and time management skills.
