Work you’ll do

As a Support Analyst/Fresher, you’ll build and nurture positive working relationships with teams and clients with the intention to exceed client expectations. Along with the Technical knowledge mentioned below in qualification, You’ll:

• Good collaboration and communication skills
• Fast Learner
• Willingness to work in shifts (including night shifts) and non-standard working hours(evenings, weekends, and holidays if required) to support critical production issues and deployments
• Should be ready to do tasks such as Monitoring, Job scheduling, regular health checks, resolve simple issues using defined SOPs and daily reporting etc.
• Respond to alerts, incidents and user queries
• Participate in daily standups meetings, escalate the issues to seniors when necessary.
• Maintain effective communication with stakeholders regarding incident updates and resolutions
• Work on incidents assigned during the assigned shift, ensuring their timely resolution
• Laisse effectively with senior team members in resolving Incidents
• Good Documentation skills
• Continuously update skills and knowledge related to new technologies and products. Proactively identify recurring issues and contribute to process improvements

Qualifications

• Should be strong in database, Big data and ETL concepts
• They should have experience in writing SQL queries, performing data extraction, manipulations, and understanding database performance and tuning
• Good to have
  • Basic knowledge on any one of these skills : Azure, Informatica, AWS, Snowflake, Tableau, Power BI, Python, MS Excel Macros
