What You’ll Do
 

• Support Content Recommendations: Assist in building and refining recommendation algorithms to deliver personalized content to our users.
• Assist in Predictive Modelling: Collaborate with senior engineers to develop models that predict user behavior and content preferences.
• Data Analysis & Optimization: Help analyze user behavior and content performance to identify trends that drive engagement and retention.
• Experimentation & Testing: Support A/B testing efforts to assess the effectiveness of recommendations and content strategies.
• Collaborate Across Teams: Work closely with engineering, and product teams to integrate machine learning models into the platform.
   

What You Bring
 

• 0-1 year of experience in machine learning or data science (internships are welcome!).
• Bachelor’s or Master’s degree in Computer Science, Data Science, Machine Learning, or related fields.
• Good knowledge of Python, and DSA, and exposure to machine learning techniques like classification, regression, clustering, and recommendation systems.
• Enthusiasm for learning and working in a fast-paced, team-oriented environment.
• Interest in audio content and user experience.
   

Preferred Additional Skills::
 

• Familiarity with cloud services (AWS, GCP), SQL, or big data tools like Spark.
• Passion for recommendation systems and content embeddings.
• Master’s from Tier-1 colleges
