Job Description:
- Administer, Configure, and Manage new or ongoing developments and deployments in IBM Watson, Watson X for WhatsApp, and Google business Messaging for all brands.
- Salesforce reporting and dashboard for all chat channels.
- Development of chat middleware for Watson-based BOTs.
- Manage chat operations including requirement gathering, and delivery of new features across all the brands and channels.
- Express.js competency for serverless deployments on Google Cloud Platform.
- Product data management of all the GPT-based product discovery BOTs
- Conversational AI integration.
