Job Title: Frontend Developer

Growfin is a SaaS fintech startup in the B2B receivables management space enabling enterprises to radically improve their receivables collection and achieve predictable cash inflow. Founded by second-time entrepreneurs, Aravind and Raja, and backed by marquee VCs and angels like 3one4 Capital, Growfin is on its way to disrupt a trillion-dollar opportunity in the B2B market.

We’re looking for a Frontend Developer who can effectively manage and maintain the Growfin.ai website. You will be working closely with the product management, engineering team, sales and the rest of the marketing team to achieve this.

Role Overview:

We are looking for a talented and ambitious Front End Developer with 1-3 years of experience to join our marketing team. This role is crucial in developing and optimizing our web presence. You will play a key role in ensuring a world-class user experience for our website visitors, helping to streamline their journey and enhance engagement to achieve business goals.

Key Responsibilities:

- Develop and maintain the front-end aspects of our marketing-driven projects, including websites, landing pages, and interactive tools.

- Collaborate with marketing and design teams to translate marketing goals into functional and appealing interactive applications.

- Implement and fine-tune marketing tools (e.g., ROI calculators, interactive surveys) to engage users and gather data.

- Good understanding of UI and UX design principles to improve website user experience.

- Optimize applications for maximum speed and scalability while ensuring application responsiveness across devices.

- Assist in the development and refinement of internal tools that enhance the efficiency of marketing operations.

- Stay abreast of emerging technologies and industry trends to apply them within the role and improve the overall quality of our digital assets.

Qualifications:

- 1-2 years of experience in front-end development with a portfolio showcasing completed projects.

- Proficient in HTML, CSS, JavaScript, Webflow, and frameworks/libraries such as React or Angular.

- Experience with website optimization tools and familiarity with web analytics and SEO principles.

- Strong understanding of cross-browser compatibility issues and ways to work around them.

- Excellent problem-solving skills and the ability to work collaboratively in a team environment.

- Experience integrating diverse systems, databases, and APIs to enhance user experiences.
