We are looking for smart, dynamic candidates to join us as trainees who will work in our India Global technology center (GTC) based in Mumbai. It will be a learning & growth opportunity for them to develop Ora Care (OC), Personal Care & Home Care products (PC/HC) to address the consumer needs/trends in Europe, Africa Eurasia & Indian subcontinent markets. All activity related to product development starting from Raw material organizing/testing, Batch making, stability analysis, inventory management etc to be performed as per standard protocol and practice. Along with new product product development every Scientist in India GTC is expected to be integral part of EOHS & Quality standards that ensures Safety & Quality of our products and working environment. This team works on strong partnerships with cross categories within India GTC & other GTCs & plants.  The tenure for a trainee is proposed to 22 months from the date of joining.

What you will do - 

1. Develop New products in OC/PC/HC as per brief and provide support in technology transfer to manufacturing plantsMaking/screening prototypes/formulas, monitor stability as per protocol and analysis products to establish stability/performance data 
2. New vendor qualification for Raw & pack material
3. RM sourcing/ordering/inventory for associated projects 
4. Understand the manufacturing facility set up and impart the requirements during product making. 
5. Daily verification and calibration of basic OC/PC/HC equipments
6. Conduct basic analysis on various OC/PC/HC products (Rheology/Foam/Physiochemical parameters) and Document the results as per internal documentation standard
