Job Description:

We are seeking a skilled UI/UX Developer with a strong design mindset and proficiency in front-end technologies to join our growing team. The ideal candidate will have experience in designing user interfaces using Figma and implementing those designs using JavaScript and other front-end technologies.

Responsibilities:

• Collaborate with product managers, developers, and stakeholders to gather and evaluate user requirements.
• Design and prototype user interfaces using Figma, ensuring a user-centric approach.
• Develop responsive and visually appealing web applications using HTML, CSS, JavaScript, and front-end frameworks/libraries (React).
• Ensure the technical feasibility of UI/UX designs and optimize applications for maximum speed and scalability.
• Conduct user research, usability testing, and gather feedback to improve the overall user experience.
• Maintain and enhance the company's design system and ensure consistency across all digital platforms.
• Stay up-to-date with the latest design trends, front-end technologies, and industry best practices.

Qualifications:

• Proven experience as a UI/UX Developer or similar role.
• Strong portfolio showcasing UI/UX design work and front-end development projects.
• Proficiency in Figma for creating wireframes, mockups, and prototypes.
• Solid understanding of HTML, CSS, JavaScript, and responsive design principles.
• Experience with front-end frameworks/libraries such as React.
• Knowledge of version control systems (e.g., Git).
• Excellent problem-solving skills and attention to detail.
• Strong communication and collaboration skills.
• Ability to work in a fast-paced, agile environment.

Preferred Qualifications:

• Experience with user research and usability testing.
• Familiarity with accessibility standards and best practices.
• Knowledge of back-end technologies and how they integrate with front-end development.
