Your tasks

▪ manage and coordinate the maintenance engineering function of the plant/operations unit
▪ Responsible for upkeeping the maintenance system functioning as defined in S-09
▪ ensure the achievement of maintenance targets according to internal and external customer expectations
▪ initiate and manage projects for improving overall equipment availability and down time improvement
▪ initiate and implement continuous improvement activities by applying CBS methods and training measures 
▪ interface to functions and locations in order to gather and collaborate knowledge
▪ Manage and coordinate for Periodical Overhauling of critical equipments for supporting quality and production systems
▪ Manage and coordinate with external service provider and suppliers for Spares, AMCs and other services
▪ Conduct frequent Down time analysis (with systematic process and tools) and implement solutions with team

Your profile

university degree BE/BTech (Electrical, Electronics, instrumentation or similar)

Experience: around 1 year

▪ initiate and control measures to improve operation as well as manufacturing engineering performance

▪ Spare standardization and SAP coding for right Stock maintenance
▪ Generate and maintainance of documentation as required for TS, ISO and other quality standards
▪ Manage and coordinate 5S of the responsible area
▪ Plan and execute Safety related installation and maintenance at supply chain
