The Infosys Off Campus Drive 2026 features multiple roles designed for different skill levels:

• Specialist Programmer (L3 / L2 / L1) – Focus on advanced software development, system design, and client-facing projects.
• Digital Specialist Engineer (DSE) Trainee – Structured training program followed by deployment into live projects.

Role allocation depends on your performance in the selection process.

💰 Salary Breakdown

• Specialist Programmer L3: 21 LPA + stock options
• Specialist Programmer L2: 16 LPA + stock options
• Specialist Programmer L1: 10 LPA + Rs. 1,00,000 joining bonus
• DSE Trainee (Digital Specialist Engineer): 6.25 LPA + Rs. 75,000 joining bonus

🧪 Selection Process

Round 1 – Virtual Assessment

• 3-hour online test
• Focus: Coding, DSA, logical reasoning
• Proctored (webcam required)

Round 2 – In-Person Assessment

• 3-hour offline coding test at Infosys centers
• Higher difficulty level
• Evaluates deep problem-solving ability
