Key Responsibilities

• Strategic Leadership: Develop and implement HR strategies and initiatives aligned with the overall business strategy.
• Employee Relations: Bridge management and employee relations by addressing demands, grievances, or other issues.
• Talent Management: Oversee the recruitment and selection process to ensure we attract and retain top talent.
• Compliance & Policy: Ensure legal compliance throughout human resource management and maintain the employee handbook.
• Performance & Compensation: Develop and monitor overall HR systems, tactics, and procedures across the organization, including performance appraisal and benefits administration.
• Culture & Development: Nurture a positive working environment and oversee employee training and development programs.
