Roles and Responsibilities:

• Design user-friendly and visually appealing websites that align with Kisan Udyog's brand identity.
• Develop wireframes, mockups, and prototypes to effectively communicate design ideas.
• Collaborate with development teams to ensure the technical feasibility of UI/UX designs.
• Create and maintain a consistent look and feel across all digital platforms.
• Optimize web pages for maximum speed and scalability.
• Ensure all designs are responsive and function seamlessly across various devices and screen sizes.
• Conduct user research and usability testing to gather feedback and iterate on designs.
• Stay updated with the latest web design trends, tools, and technologies.
• Contribute to the overall digital strategy and user experience of Kisan Udyog's online presence.

Requirements:

• Currently pursuing or recently completed a degree in Design, Computer Science, or a related field.
• Demonstrated understanding of web design principles and best practices.
• Proficiency in design software such as Adobe Creative Suite (Photoshop, Illustrator, XD) or Figma.
• Knowledge of HTML, CSS, and JavaScript is a plus.
• Strong portfolio showcasing web design projects.
• Excellent communication and collaboration skills.

Skills and Qualifications:

• Candidates should possess a keen eye for visual aesthetics and a strong understanding of user interface (UI) and user experience (UX) design principles.
• Proficiency in industry-standard design tools and a portfolio demonstrating creative problem-solving through design.
• Ability to translate project requirements into intuitive and engaging web designs, with a focus on creating accessible and responsive digital experiences.
