About the Role:

• As a 'Social Media Marketing Intern' at Madons (www.madons.shop), you will have the opportunity to work closely with our experienced team to enhance your skills in social media marketing, digital marketing, and marketing tools.
• We're looking for someone who lives and breathes content, trends, and internet culture - someone who doesn't just scroll, but sees opportunity in every scroll.

Selected Intern's Day-To-Day Responsibilities Include:

• Strategize and create scroll-stopping content for social media (posts, reels, stories) using tools like Canva and AI tools.
• Assist in building and executing content calendars and marketing strategies.
• Manage DMs and engage with the audience.
• Support organic growth initiatives and performance-driven marketing experiments.
• Research local and global brands for inspiration across content, design, and website experience.
• Publish consistent, high-quality content across platforms (Instagram, YouTube, Pinterest, Facebook, etc.) to maximize reach and engagement.
• Track, spot, and forecast social media trends and turn them into viral-ready ideas.

• Obsessed with social media, memes, trends, and pop culture.
• Good at creating all kinds of static and multimedia content using content creation tools (Canva, video editor, AI tools, etc.).
• Strong eye for design, storytelling, and brand voice.
• Proactive, curious, and not afraid to experiment.
• Bonus: Have ever made something go viral (or tried really hard to).
• Has a decent sense of design, aesthetics, and brand vibe.
• Can take initiative without waiting for instructions every time.
• Qualification in marketing, business, or related fields will be an advantage.
• From anywhere in India (candidates from Pune preferred).
