Responsibilities of the Candidate:

• Translate concepts into user flows, wireframes, mockups and prototypes that lead to intuitive user experiences.
• Design and conduct user research, surveys, and interviews to understand user needs and behaviors.
• Develop UI mockups and prototypes that clearly illustrate how sites and applications function and look like.
• Create original designs that go beyond the existing user interface and experience.
• Test prototypes and gather user feedback to iterate on designs.
• Collaborate with product managers and engineers to define and implement innovative solutions for the product direction, visuals and user experience.
• Present and defend design decisions to peers and senior management.
• Stay updated on the latest UI/UX trends, techniques, and technologies.
• Ensure designs are consistent with brand guidelines and accessibility standards.
• Optimize existing user interface designs for improved usability and engagement.

Requirements:

Skills and Qualifications:

• A strong portfolio showcasing your UI/UX design skills and successful projects.
• Proficiency in design and prototyping tools such as Figma, Sketch, Adobe XD, or similar.
• Deep understanding of user-centered design principles, information architecture, and interaction design.
• Experience conducting user research and usability testing.
